First Stage of excavations in Kish is completed

 First stage of excavations in Kish is completed. Next stage will be passed in summer of next year. In the result of carried our excavations it was defined by the way of analysis, that territory of the monument was sacred place long before apperance of this church and Christianity. The envelope of that are discovered ceramic crocks related to the period of eraly Bronze Age - approximately III-II a thousand years B.C. Besides there were discovered numerous burial places on the territory of the church and inside of it, further analysis of bones will allow to date them exactly. Their previous analysis will allow to suppose that this church is more ancient, at the same place where later was built a temple existing uptoday. By next year it is planning to carry out excavations on the territory and inside of monument. Besides, it is planning to make analysis of temple itself wih bore pits, made in walls and foundations.
